A: There are plenty of variables to bear in mind – the total number of files, the size of the database, the complexity of the site itself and the current workload of our web site migration experts, etc. Even so, we do try to implement all web site migrations in a 48–hour period. Smaller websites are migrated much faster – usually within 24 hours.

A: We don’t gather any sensitive info. We’ll require, though, the login information for your present hosting account as well as the name of the site that you wish to move.

After that, we’ll explain to you how to move the domain name over to your hosting account with us and how to update the DNS records.

A: Nah. We’ll never contact your web hosting provider about anything. They won’t be aware of the website migration either.

A: We support all Linux–driven hosting platforms. In essence, if we can gain access to your Control Panel, we’ll be able to transfer your site.The only platforms that we do not support are closed–source web site creation platforms such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
